Susceptible To Self-Deception In Card Games

In card games due to some reason or the other, even the best of the players have trouble in realizing that the best of the poker hand that we have regardless of how good it is might not be good when compared to the other players in the table.

We human players are very much susceptible to self-deception in card games especially in situations where we tend to go aggressive in online poker.  There is going to be a point when despite our decision to go aggressive we might be slowly feeling resistant about it.  When resistance with aggression will be very obvious, it is better we give a good bye to our decision and restart our aggression when situations are right in some other card games we might be playing rather than in the current one.

The common mistake with novice card players is that they try to go forward when they have actually become resistant to aggression. You will have to overcome the instructions of pride, ego and stubbornness and should learn to swallow your pride and make the fold.  It is this factor that differentiates good players from wrong players in card games.
