Many of us mostly like it when a poker room has a phone to dial on to have a quick clarification on emergent situations; however, PokerStars does not provide this service at all.
If your internet got cut and you do not have all in protection option, and you had a very bad card, you have no way out! It goes all in. You can never dial and complain and have things fixed over your negligence.
So, when you are playing Poker read the FAQ and you are never going to be put in mercy for your internet mess. Even if there was an option, it is through an e-mail and before the reply can come after 30 minutes perhaps the pot splitter cashed out his money.
So, when you are playing in Poker Stars be sure to uncheck the auto all in option in cases where you server would mess up or you internet connection goes off or if you had to meet with a burn off.
Also some of the Pot Limit and No Limit tables do not have all-in protection for disconnects! Though these tables does not provide with regular all-in protection, they usually give some extra time to act if you happen to log in back before your action is over! Beware!
